MEET me
At my core, I’m a questioner
I like asking them, I like finding the answers to them
Everything I do is centred around people and the human experience, with the ultimate aim of creating positive change, both on a small and large scale.
My preferred context to operate in is within organisations and workplaces; however, I have an interest in coaching people on a one-to-one basis, particularly those who are early in their careers.
With experience as an Assessment Psychologist and now working in the domain of workplace well-being, I enjoy consulting on a range of topics in the workplace. The more complex your issues, the more interesting to me. The more creative the solution, the more engaging for everyone.
I am carrying out my PhD research with City, University of London under Dr. Paul Flaxman. My research interests currently consist of (but are never limited to):
Perfectionism
Workplace Well-being interventions, specifically:
Acceptance and Commitment Training
Mindfulness Interventions
Individual Differences
